The Ryder Cup was cancelled in 2020, but will return this year, as many other sports events have, and it will be as thrilling as ever.

 It is the 43rd edition of the biannual golf tournaments which began in 1979 as a battle between the top American and British players and before the supremacy of the USA led to the inclusion of golfers from continental Europe.

Since then, Europe has won 11 times and held up the Cup once in a draw, up from the Americans' eight victories.

When is the Ryder Cup going to happen?

From Friday, September 24 –Sunday, September 26, Ryder Cup Live Stream will be held for three days.

Selecting the American Points Rankings have been verified by six players: Collin Morikawa, Dustin Johnson, Bryson DeChambeau, Justin Thomas, Brooks Koepka and Patrick Cantlay.

Next week, after the tour championship, which concludes on Sunday 6 September, the wildcard selections will be determined.

Players to consider for wildcards include Patrick reed, Tony Finau, Webb Simpson, Daniel Berger, Jordan Spieth, Billy Horschel, Patrick Cantlay, Harris English, Scott Scheffler, Mx Homa, Kevin Kisner.

Who's going to play in Europe?

At now Jon Rahm, Tommy Fleetwood, Rory McIlroy, and Tyrrell Hatton will now be qualifying for the European Points List courtesy.
